    MegaPC is a Victorian based, IT Services provider that focuses on small to medium businesses as well as the home user. We offer professional and affordable IT support, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

    We are a traditional break / fix IT service provider (you break it, we fix it!) with our core business being onsite support (your office, your factory, your home). We also provide phone, email and remote access support where possible.

    We hope you take the time to read some of the posts, as you may find some useful information, some handy hints, and maybe even a laugh or two.

So What Do We Do?

In a nutshell, we fix broken computers, speed up slower ones, replace dead ones with custom built new ones, and sell parts to people that can fix their own.  Whether it’s a desktop, laptop or server, 10, 5 or not even a single year old, we’ll try our very best to do whatever it is, that is required to be done.
