    MegaPC is a Victorian based, IT Services provider that focuses on small to medium businesses as well as the home user. We offer professional and affordable IT support, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

    We are a traditional break / fix IT service provider (you break it, we fix it!) with our core business being onsite support (your office, your factory, your home). We also provide phone, email and remote access support where possible.

    We hope you take the time to read some of the posts, as you may find some useful information, some handy hints, and maybe even a laugh or two.

Great People Who Have Referred Us

Rose McLeod is a lady who I have continually helped since mid 2008.  She was one of the first home user clients I visited shortly after purchasing MegaPC.

Rose is no ordinary PC user however and only in times of dire need, does she call upon my services.  She is extremely "switched on" in all aspects of computers and isn't afraid to give it a go first before asking for reinforcements.

Her creativity and love for her family, music and travel has seen many of her videotaped and photographed adventures immortalised in her own DVDs.  Thankfully she regularly backs up and so her extensive photo and music collection will live on in any catastrophic event.

Rose and her husband Graeme have referred my store and services to many of their friends and I am truly greatful for each and every one, and I make it a promise to give those that are being referred, the same level of service as I give the McLeods.
